You don’t need to send us your file for us to help. Just describe the problem. If we need a sample, a test file with no private information is best.
What to include
If something isn’t working, these details help us fix it faster:
- The browser you use, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
- Your device, such as Windows PC, Mac, iPhone or Android phone
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if you can take one without showing private content
Before you write
If a file won’t open, check these first:
- The file name ends in .docx. Old .doc files need to be saved as DOCX first.
- The file doesn’t have a password.
- The file is smaller than 50 MB.
- The download finished. Try downloading it again.
